Command & Surveillance Centre
Cameras record. Somebody still has to watch.
Most security technology fails quietly. A camera drifts out of focus, a disk stops writing, a panel is left disarmed after a night shift — and nobody notices until there is an incident and the footage is not there.
How it works
Verified alerts, not forwarded ones.
A monitoring service that forwards every alert is just a more expensive alarm bell. The verification step is what separates a useful call from a nuisance one — and it is the step most providers skip.
Alert
An event reaches an operator from your camera, alarm, access control or sensor system.
Verify
The operator checks it against live feeds and site context, separating a genuine event from a false alarm.
Notify
On a verified event you are informed, at the levels set out in the escalation matrix agreed at contract start.
Coordinate
Depending on severity we coordinate with police, fire services or ambulance in parallel.
Dispatch *
Where the contract provides for it, our Quick Response Team is sent to site alongside the escalation calls rather than after them.
* Quick Response Team attendance is a separately contracted service. It is available in metropolitan cities and at locations covered by arrangements agreed in advance, and is not part of every monitoring contract. Coverage and response commitments for your specific sites are set out in the proposal before you sign, so there is no ambiguity about what is included.
Continuous operationStaffed 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Built to keep runningFull power backup and multiple leased lines, so a grid failure or a single connectivity fault does not take monitoring offline.
Proven platformAn Indian-developed surveillance platform used by a majority of India's nationalised and private sector banks.
Coverage
What we watch, beyond the cameras.
Monitoring an estate is not only about responding to alarms. It is about knowing that the equipment meant to raise them is still doing its job.
Video surveillance
Live monitoring and alert-driven review across your camera estate, with playback available for verified incidents.
Recording health
Continuous checks on whether cameras are recording, and recording at the parameters agreed — the failure nobody notices until it matters.
Intrusion detection
Panel status, arm and disarm events, zone alarms and tamper alerts across intrusion systems.
Fire alarm systems
Alarm and fault conditions monitored alongside the security estate, with emergency service coordination on verified events.
Access control
Door events, forced-entry and held-open conditions, and credential activity where integrated.
Anything else you integrate
Additional devices and sensors can be brought into the same monitoring picture where the client wishes to integrate them.
